- Install and configure online backup software
- Perform necessary software updates
- Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts

Customer pre-requisites

  • Working broadband connection
  • Non-Glenwood billable customers are required to pay for one year of backup in advance
  • Online backup service is a monthly fee.
Remote Software Install and Setup $29 (removal of old software version $29) ($99 for Office Suite Install)

- Determine computer compatibility for, install (1 software title)

- Importing of up to 100MB of data into the application if upgrading
