On-site Computer Setup - $100  (each additional Computer: $50)

Computer Set-up

  • Physically set up one PC or MAC computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.
  • Organize wires and cables with your cable ties
  • Install one new software application each additional: $30
  • Install one peripheral or external device each additional: $30
  • Configure new computer to access your existing Internet account and one existing email account.
  • Test computer to make sure it is functioning properly
On-site Data Backup or Transfer - $99

Data Backup or Transfer

  • Backup or transfer your computer data to another medium (CD or DVD, internal or external hard drive, network-attached storage or another computer)
  • Import the data into an installed program or location (when performing a data transfer).
  • Transfer of files, email, my documents, address book and favorites.
  • Fee is for one computer
On-Site Advanced Computer Diagnostic Service with Repair - $299

- Troubleshoot one computer
- Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.)
- Remove all viruses and spyware on the computer using approved tools
- Apply operating system critical updates
- Remove any unneeded startup items and unneeded programs
- Test operating system for proper functionality
- Conduct a physical cleaning of the computer
- Provide you with an estimated cost for any hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution
- Less than 2 GB backup

On-site Advanced Computer Diagnostic Service without Repair - $80

- Troubleshoot one computer
- Test all software and hardware installed on the device for proper functionality
- Provide you with an estimated cost for repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution
- Repair service not included

Wireless Network Setup(2 devices) - $99  (3 or more devices $25 per device)

- Network up to 2 devices (options listed below)
- File printer sharing
- Media sharing
- Printer connection
- Router setup
- Network security
- Internet configuration and physical setup, including ISP setup
- Does not include cost of the equipment
- Wireless set-up only. Running networking cables will result in additional charges

Technology Consultation(5 Computers) - $80 residenitial - $100 business (each additional computer $20)

- Visit your location to design a technology solution with the customer
- Review your current devices
- Recommend integration options, upgrades and purchases
- Apply the cost of the consultation to a discount on resulting service and product purchases
